Three-rooms apartment: independent apartment made up of a living-room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 1 double room, 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined and get another twin bed), a bathroom with shower, electricity, water, gas with independent meters.

During week-ends, we offer you one-day tours in the ancient surrounding villages such as "Bolgheri", very famous for its endless and enchanting cypress boulevard, so loved by the poet Giosué Carducci.
