The Tower apartments are: The Joker (25 sq. M. - sleeps 2), The Lady (57 sq. m. - sleeps 4), The Vassal (69 sq. m. - sleeps 4/5), The Knight (81 sq. m. - sleeps 4). Large apartments feature two bedrooms and one bathroom.. Plus there is a separate single room with bathroom. Each apartment is different from the other and features antiques, independent heating, telephone, WIFI, safe-box, hair-drier, dishwasher, colored satellite flat TV. At the ground floor of the Tower there is a common living room with a large dining table that becomes a useful dining room. For outdoor relaxation, the Tower provides a splendid panoramic terrace equipped with lounging furniture, and a 1000 sq. m. terraced garden, with roses, fig trees, olive trees and an ancient huge laurel. There is also a children's playground, a fully equipped BBQ area, covered car park, and outer lighting. The Main House is a stylish 11th century Abbey encircling a courtyard, beautifully renovated to create a private house; it has been restored to the highest standard of renovation and design to create a luxury villa with 7 rooms and 9 bathrooms (15 beds), with total privacy and breathtaking views. It is extraordinarily equipped and beautifully interior designed with everything from high speed wireless internet, to whirlpool bathtubs, telephone in all rooms, air conditioning, panoramic dining veranda, espresso coffee machine, ice maker and billiards. The layout of the Abbey offers most refined accommodation for two and a suite for three, a panoramic terrace, with total privacy and breathtaking views. The comfortable living room with fireplace is packed with books and includes a card table; there are two guest bathrooms, a studio with fireplace, pc, printer and fax, a medieval tavern with billiards, a bar, an extraordinary equipped kitchen and a large beautiful panoramic dining jasmine covered veranda. All bedrooms have ensuite large bathrooms with bathtub + rain shower, with queen size beds. Master bedrooms feature flat screen TV. You’ll find a TV room also with DVD/CD players. Excellent for long-term rental from Spring to Fall with air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating and two fireplaces. Outside you find a medieval large courtyard surrounded by lemon trees perfect for candlelight dinner and many sitting areas. The manicured gardens which surround the houses were created by the famous Tuscan landscape designer Alberto Margheriti. They are embroidered by flowers (roses, santoline, perovskia, and thyme), pomegranate and cherry trees, with cratecus, laurel, rosemary and lavender bushes, oak and olive trees, that are continuously in flower. Numerous seating areas offer fabulous views over the hills and the Tiber valley. Other features are the large panoramic infinity saltwater pool with breathtaking views, the botanic gardens with aromatic plants and a kitchen garden. A broad wooden shelter, surrounded by jasmines and roses, complete with stone barbeque, is the ideal place for a lazy lunch or romantic evening dining.
